Wayne has worked for me, surfing the Net, asking related sites to link to us, for about 5 years now.  He's wonderful! Rather than me tell his story, I'll let him:

Hi!  My name is Wayne Willeby and  I'm 55 years olds and I was diagnosed with ALS or better known as Lou Gehrig's disease in 1987 , i've been totally bedridden since 91 and on a ventilator and feeding tube. I've out lived the 3-5 years that the doctors give to all the ALS patients and it hasn't been an easy road, but I truly believed in the choice l made in 91 to live.

I didn't receive my first computer until Nov. 95 and my life really changed thanks to RJ's assistive technology software and hardware and words +'s hardware.

I use CrossScanner and Onscreen keyboard software and the Sam joystick to plug my eyebrow switch into and my wife uses the sam trackball as a mouse. Both the joystick and trackball are adapted for a single switch.

The eyebrow switch I use comes mounted to a golf hat and they are from the words + company.

I've used this method of working a computer for 4 years now and as you can see, even with my disability, I am fully web-functional!  This is a simple but effective way to use the computer.

To read Wayne's weekly reports, you would think he is more-than able-bodied.  He visits hundreds of sites per month and follows up on search engine and directory submissions fanatically.

Please email him just to say hello.

We are trying to get his story told, to inspire others that might have very debilitating diseases, that may have lost hope in participating in life.

If you can be of any help in getting his story into a media outlet, please write to Wayne or myself <rjc@rjcooper.com>.

Thanks.

RJ Cooper :)
