Gift Certificates

1) Print out the web pages of the items you are ordering. Then select your items normally (if you're not *exactly* sure, make your best guess) and place your order. We will reconcile once your recipient contacts us. In the case of a game controller, make sure you select from BOTH <Order Game Controllers> and <Adaptations> boxes.

2) You MUST, I repeat, you MUST state in the Comments section when ordering, "Gift", or else we will ship what you ordered! You MUST also put the user's information in the Ship To section when ordering!

3) Now, print out our generic Gift Certificate, put 2/1/10 as the Expiraton Date, and YOUR Zip Code as the ID. Give it to your recipient with your printed pages (from #1 above).

Don't forget these requirments! :)

The user would then call in (1-800-RJCooper) or email <infoRJ@rjcooper.com>, with their Gift Certificate info when they have reviewed your gift and decided what they actually need. We will then reconcile your order with their request and contact you for any balance or refund.
